What a wonderful way to say goodbye to Duckinwilla Creek. All Together Now is everything I’ve come to expect from Annie Seaton — heartfelt, beautifully written, and filled with the sense of community and connection that makes her books so special.
This time, we see Lisette return home to help manage the family store while her brother is overseas. What she doesn’t expect is to walk straight into a major family upheaval — her parents selling the farm, and her grandparents preparing to move into care. Amidst the change, she also reconnects with Jake Morrison, an old school friend who’s become someone she can’t easily forget.
The story unfolds with tenderness and realism, exploring what happens when life moves on and the people we love need us in different ways. I really enjoyed seeing Lisette’s softer, more vulnerable side emerge — it gave her such depth and made her journey feel genuine and relatable.
Annie Seaton’s writing once again captures small-town life with warmth and heart. The characters feel like family, the setting is so vivid you can almost hear the creek running, and the emotions are woven through every page. It’s a story about family, love, and finding your place — no matter how far you’ve drifted.
I’ve loved every book in this series, and this final instalment was a beautiful conclusion. Annie Seaton remains one of my absolute favourite authors — her stories never fail to make me feel right at home.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A heartfelt, hopeful finale that wraps up the Duckinwilla Days series with grace and warmth.
