This series has been such a delight to read. Each novella can be enjoyed as a standalone, but reading in order makes it feel like truly coming home to the Johnson family as their stories deepen from book to book. Cozy, wholesome, and full of heart, Duckinwilla Days kept getting better with every instalment—I’ve loved them all and I can’t wait for book six.
Coming Home (Duckinwilla Days 1)
A beautiful start to the Duckinwilla Days series. Charlotte’s return to Duckinwilla Creek sets the scene for the family drama and healing to come. Cozy, warm, and wholesome — this first novella made me feel part of the Johnson family right from the beginning.
Secrets and Surprises (Duckinwilla Days 2)
Julien’s story adds depth to the series as he wrestles with family expectations and his own dreams. With Emily by his side, there’s love, tension, and small-town gossip in the mix. An easy and delightful read that builds perfectly on the first book
Wishes and Whispers (Duckinwilla Days 3)
Oliver’s turn brings humour and charm, with his online dating misadventures making me smile. At the same time, there’s real heart in his journey. Another cozy and enjoyable addition that continues to grow the sense of belonging in Duckinwilla Creek.
Chasing Dreams (Duckinwilla Days 4)
Guy and Elena’s story was tender and thoughtful, with the cane farm setting shining through. Their slow-burn romance felt real and heartfelt. By this stage in the series, it truly feels like coming home to the Johnson family.
New Beginnings (Duckinwilla Days 5)
Amelia’s story was such a satisfying read, with her reluctant house-share with Daniel turning into something much more. Heartwarming and hopeful, this novella was another step deeper into the lives of the Johnsons — and left me eager for book six.
