Faith James wakes up on a quiet beach in Spain with no idea how she got there—and no memory of the last ten years. She’s convinced she’s 25, single, and living in Sydney. But the truth is far more confronting. She’s 35, married, and a mother of three, living in London… and her husband, Will, a complete stranger to her, arrives to bring her home.
What follows is an emotional and tangled journey as Faith tries to reconnect with the life she’s forgotten, learn who she is now, and piece together a relationship she doesn’t remember being part of. But not all memories come back easily, and some are painful for a reason…
I loved the twists and turns in this story and the deep emotions the characters stirred up.
At first, I really didn’t like Will at all—but by the end, I completely understood him… and I loved him.
Faith is such a complex character. I was always on her side, even when she made choices I didn’t agree with.
An intricately woven tale—thought-provoking and compelling.
A beautiful and unforgettable story of love, loss, memory and redemption.
